This gave me a bad first impression. I reached out about the warranty expecting some help, but the support was slow to respond and didn’t really solve anything. It felt like I was just being brushed off, which was really frustrating

I’ve taken my QuietKat out on a few steeper trails, it’s a bit hit or miss. It does climb, but not as effortlessly as I was hoping. On longer uphill stretches, I definitely had to put in more work, and the motor started to feel like it was working hard.

For regular dirt roads, mellow trails, and smaller hills, it’s totally fine and still fun to ride. But if you’re expecting it to be a powerhouse for really steep terrain, it might leave you a little underwhelmed. The battery also drops faster than I’d like when you’re pushing it uphill.

I was really hoping this bike would be quiet, but it’s not. The motor makes way more noise than I thought it would—well, not just thought, more than I was led to expect. It also rattles quite a bit on trails, which gets annoying fast. I reached out to support and they basically said it was normal, so that was disappointing.

The bike itself feels sturdy and nice to ride, but the range really let me down. I wasn’t flying around at top speed or tackling crazy hills, and the battery still dropped way faster than I expected. I actually had to cut a couple rides short because I didn’t feel comfortable risking getting stuck far from home. Maybe it’s fine for short, easy rides, but at this price, I think it’s only fair to expect the battery to hold up better than that

I feel like I got personally attacked by the price tag. I paid a ridiculous amount expecting this bike to feel amazing, and it’s just... fine. Not terrible, not great, just painfully average. For what it costs, I was expecting to glide down the street like some kind of cycling legend, not sit there thinking, “That’s it?”

I really wanted to be excited about my quietkat, especially because I’d been looking at these for a while and finally decided to go for it after talking myself into the price. I’m not doing anything extreme with it either, mostly just riding around my neighborhood and on regular paved roads, but the ride feels way too stiff and bouncy for me.
Every little crack or bump seems to come straight through the seat and into my back, and after a short ride my hands and back were already sore. Maybe it works better for other people or different terrain, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel a lot more comfortable. It’s just not for me

Mine kept cutting out on rides and I never really felt like I could trust it. After a while, I started listening to my gut and got tired of wondering if I’d actually make it back home without issues

The bike has been decent overall and it’s held up okay for basic use, but I do regret not paying more attention to the parts and build quality before buying. A few things started wearing out faster than I expected, so while it’s not a terrible bike, I’m not sure I’d choose it again

I ordered a few parts and accessories for my QuietKat, mainly a rack and a couple little replacement pieces. Everything fit like it was supposed to and the quality seems solid, so no real issues with the actual parts.
The only thing was shipping took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didnt really update much which was a little annoying. Customer service did get back to me, just not super quick. Overall it was fine, not terrible, just kinda average for what I paid.

They get the job done for normal riding, but I wouldn’t call them impressive. Stopping on flat roads feels fine, but going downhill they can feel a little weak, which isn’t exactly confidence-inspiring. For the price, I expected a bit better braking performance

The delivery showed up quickly, which was nice. The box was a little dented, so I wasn’t sure at first if something might be damaged inside, but I guess it was mostly fine. Overall, I’d say the shipping was good

I wasn’t too impressed with this bike. It just has that cheap feel to it, and the build quality doesn’t seem all that great...

I’ve been having a good time riding this bike overall, but the battery does seem to run out faster than I expected. It barely makes it through about half of my usual rides sometimes, though to be fair, the bike itself is really fun and smooth to use.

Customer service was okay, but the slow response kind of made me lose a little trust. They did eventually answer my questions about my order, and the person was nice when they got back to me, but it took a couple days and I had to follow up to get a reply. Nothing went horribly wrong, but I didn’t feel super confident in the process. Average overall.

The bike rides fine and does what it’s supposed to do. But it’s just way too heavy for me to lift onto my rack. If I didn’t have to load it up, I’d probably feel differently

I’ve put maybe a few dozen rides on this bike so far, and overall it feels solid most of the time. The main thing I’ve noticed is that tighter turns can feel a bit awkward, especially when you’re going slower or trying to make a quick turn. Stability is decent, like around a 7 out of 10 for me, but it’s not quite as smooth or easy to handle as I was hoping.

Took it out on some rocky trails and it felt weak the whole time. I expected it to handle rough terrain better, but it just didn’t inspire much confidence. What’s more frustrating is how the policy seems to have all these little loopholes in the fine print, so if you actually use it off-road, they can basically shrug and say it’s not covered. Not a great experience.

I returned my order and I’m still waiting on my refund. The whole process has felt like way more of a headache than it should be, if that makes sense.

The bike itself seems decent so far, but the assembly was more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were kind of vague, and 2 or 3 parts didn’t line up easily, so I kept having to adjust things. I figured it would take maybe an hour, but it ended up being closer to 3. Once it was together it seemed okay, but getting there was a hassle.
